RETURNS

You have up to 14 days to return any item for exchange or refund. Please contact us on +44 (0) 1442 233700 prior to sending goods back and we will authorise your return. Where goods are returned via your local postal service, please package your return securely and obtain a certificate of posting. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us, if you do not have a certificate of posting.

In all cases, items returned must be in their ORIGINAL condition, including any packaging. For example, knitwear is to be folded and returned together with tissue, card and polybag. All goods will be inspected on return, a deduction will be made for dirty or unsaleable items.
